Heart of Texas Behavioral Health Network—Veterans One Stop is seeking a leader to supervise clinical staff and oversee services for veterans. You will provide individual, family and group psychotherapy and ensure documentation and reporting meet contract requirements.
The role requires a Master’s in Social Work or related field with licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/PSYD or Psychologist) and a minimum of five years in the field, including two in supervisory duties. Occasional travel is required.
Responsible for the supervision and clinical support of Veterans One Stop. Provides direct supervision of all staff assigned to these units and clinical oversight of all services provided. Is responsible for all personnel functions of supervisees including hiring, evaluation, scheduling, discipline, etc.
Provides clinically appropriate psychotherapy services and assessments to consumers of the Veterans One Stop. Ensures direct contact time is met per Center and contract requirements.
Works with the Associate Director of Behavioral Health Services on grant submission and administration. Ensures compliance with all applicable community standards and contract requirements including all report and required documents submission.
Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Psychology, or related field required. Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PSYD or Psychologist, plus five (5) years of work experience. Requires two (2) years of the required work experience to have been in an administrative, managerial or supervisory capacity. Experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis up to two years.
