Responsibilities

• Provide outreach and education services to Veterans and families with emphasis on screening for suicide risk and prevention.
• Administer grant activities in line with VA SSG Fox SPGP guidelines.
• Participate in community Veteran events and host outreach, education and training workshops.
• Provide baseline mental health screenings, crisis referral, temporary income support and case management as needed.
• Maintain secure, confidential files per funder and organization standards.
