Job summary

Veteran Workforce Solutions, in partnership with Covenant HR, offers a 16-week SkillBridge internship for transitioning service members to gain hands-on proficiency in infrastructure administration, cloud platforms, and network operations.

Participants work within Covenant HR employer partners' IT teams, under a mentor, completing an applied infrastructure project and moving toward CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or AZ-104 credentials.

Qualifications

• Active-duty service member within 180 days of separation or retirement.
• Unit CO approval to participate in DoD SkillBridge program.
• Background in communications, networking, systems administration, or IT support preferred.
• Security clearance not required.

Responsibilities

• Support infrastructure management and network configuration.
• Operate cloud environments (Azure/AWS) and endpoint security.
• Participate in training covering AD, servers, virtualization, and Cisco networking.
