Job summary

Delaware Nation Industries, a DoD SkillBridge partner, offers an internship program for transitioning service members to gain hands-on IT experience in a real-world government contracting environment.

Participants may rotate through or specialize in Help Desk, Systems Administration, Network Engineering, Software Development, and Cybersecurity, with mentorship and a path toward full-time employment after completion.

Qualifications

• Active secret clearance (or higher).
• Active IAT II certification (Security+) or higher.
• Active Duty Service Member eligible for DoD SkillBridge.
• Within 180 days of separation or retirement.
• Command approval for participation.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in a production IT environment supporting federal missions
• Apply technical skills to real-world projects and operational tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior technical staff
• Participate in training, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Develop professional skills for transition into civilian IT careers
