Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field and two years of applicable experience.
• Effective verbal and written communications skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use computerized case management applications to enter and track participant information.
• Ability to understand and explain program details and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person case management and housing navigation services to very low-income Veteran families.
• Guide families through the housing stability process and connect them to community resources.
• Stabilize housing for Veteran families who are literally homeless or at risk.
• Extensive driving across northern Vermont with mileage reimbursed at the federal rate.
