Job summary

The University of Vermont is seeking an Intake Coordinator for the Supportive Service for Veteran Families (SSVF) program. • Effective verbal and written communications skills and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability with training to use computerized case management applications to enter and track participant information; ability to understand and explain program details and workflow required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the first point of contact for Veterans and their families and is responsible for the initial intake and eligibility for the SSVF program.
• Coordinates entry into services and supports program compliance.
