FEDITC, LLC is seeking an ERP Analyst I to support DoD and intelligence agencies in the Texarkana, TX area. The role focuses on end-user support, Windows 11 administration, and enterprise application troubleshooting in a secure DoD environment.

Candidates must hold an active Secret DoD clearance, US citizenship, and be able to pass background checks. Associates degree or equivalent experience required, with prior DoD or secure environment experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide Tier 1/2 help desk support for end users.
• Support Windows 10/11 workstations, updates, and patching.
• Assist users with Active Directory account management and permissions.
• Troubleshoot enterprise applications on Windows servers and web environments.
• Perform basic Windows Server administration (2016/2019).
• Document incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems.
• Assist with software installations, upgrades, deployments.
• Ensure STIG compliance and security best practices.
• Support endpoint security configurations and certificate management.
• Provide on-site and remote support as needed.
