Participants must be present in Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; and Jacksonville, FL for the duration, with February and June start dates.

Qualifications

• Served as a Junior Military Officer, Warrant Officer, or Non-commissioned Officer with honorable discharge
• Within 24 months of separation from Active Duty; National Guard/Reservists eligible
• GPA 3.0+ from accredited college or university
• Demonstrates effective leadership and ability to coach others
• Demonstrates strong analytical skills
• Builds strong team relationships through communication and collaboration
• Applies learnings and adapts to new information

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains effective relationships with clients, business partners, team members, or external contacts
• Performs a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another
• Supports project management, data management, statistical analysis, and reporting
• Attends Military Development Program events
• Participates in high-visibility projects that may impact clients and colleagues
