Job summary

Bank of America is offering a two-year rotational program designed to advance external veterans by pairing them with strategic initiatives across the company. Participants will collaborate with teammates and partners to execute tactical plans aligned with the organization’s priorities.

Residents of Charlotte, Dallas, and Jacksonville are expected to participate for the full duration, with February and June start dates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with GPA 3.0+ from an accredited college or university.
• Demonstrates leadership and the ability to coach others.
• Strong analytical skills and effective communication are essential.
• Ability to apply learnings and adapt to new information in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains effective relationships with clients, partners, and team members relevant to the line of business.
• Performs multiple duties, shifting between tasks as workload changes.
• Supports activities including project management, data management, statistical analysis, and reporting.
• Attends Military Development Program events.
• Participates in projects that may impact clients and associates.
