Job summary

Participants will receive on‑the‑job training, mentorship, and exposure to client coverage and deal execution, with opportunities to develop financial modeling and market analysis skills in a real banking environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required at time of application.
• Must have served honorably as a Junior Military Officer, Warrant Officer or NCO in the U.S. Military within the past 5 years and/or currently serving in the Reserves or National Guard.
• Strong quantitative/analytical skills; numeric and problem-solving orientation.
• Distinguished verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex material simply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with market data sources.

Responsibilities

• Support program activities across onboarding, training, and development tracks.
• Coordinate with teams and clients to facilitate information flow and project execution.
• Build relationships and collaborate across products and businesses.
• Assist in industry and product research, data maintenance, and reporting."
• Prepare pitch books, live deal materials, and market updates as assigned.
• Engage in idea generation and seeking value-added information sources.
