Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required at time of application.
• Candidates must have served honorably as a Junior Military Officer, Warrant Officer or NCO within the past 5 years and/or currently serving in the Reserves or National Guard.
• Strong quantitative/analytical skills; numeric and problem-solving orientation.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Distinguished verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex material simply.
• Strong interpersonal skills and client-facing interest.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with market data sources.

Responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding and structured training within the program.
• Engage with mentors and cross-functional teams across the bank.
• Assist in client/ deal execution activities and research tasks.
• Prepare pitch books, live deal materials, and market updates.
• Conduct industry and product research; maintain databases and reports.
• Identify value-added opportunities and support new business generation.
