Job summary

The Stoll Foundation is seeking an experienced Community Support Officer to join our team at the Fulham base. This permanent, full-time role runs Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm, offering a salary of £33,264 per year plus benefits.

You will develop and carry out support plans, identify opportunities for client wellbeing, help develop independent living skills, advocate for clients, and assist their integration into the local community.

Qualifications

• Experience as a support professional.
• Genuine interest in helping people to maintain quality of life.
• Patience and empathy in dealing with individuals.
