Job summary

Salt Lake Community College seeks a Program Manager for the Utah Veteran Business Resource Center (VBRC) to coordinate and support Operation Open Range and related veteran-focused programs. You will recruit participants, manage applications, ensure class operations, and communicate with partners.

Reporting to the VBRC Director, you will help design and implement marketing strategies, track outcomes, and maintain program documentation across multiple stakeholders and funders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, nonprofit management, public administration, communications, agriculture, economic development or related field.
• Two to five years of experience in program management, project coordination, or related fields.
• Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and enrollment for STRIVE cohorts and related programs.
• Manage program lifecycle from intake through graduation and post-program follow-up.
• Track engagement, deliverables, and reporting for funders and partners.
• Maintain participant records and grant documentation with accuracy.
• Develop SOPs and collaborate with VBRC Director on operations.
