Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Program Manager to lead the execution of Veterans Business Outreach Center initiatives, coordinating training, outreach, and grant activities. You will support staff and ensure program outcomes across SBA-related grants.

The role requires strong project management, excellent communication with diverse clients, and the ability to travel regionally as needed. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; 1–3 years in related duties.
• 5+ years in business diligence, business analysis, cross-functional work, and managing external relationships.
• Experience with veterans, service members, and military spouses preferred
• Experience developing and facilitating adult training/workshops
• Experience with community organizations or with small businesses a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage VBOC programming implementation, including webinars and program content.
• Coordinate training, staff development, and grant-related activities.
• Support SBA and other grant reporting requirements.
• Build relationships with PAN resources and partner organizations.
• Maintain client intake, assessments, and progress tracking to align with goals.
