Job summary

You will assist the Director in coordinating programs, managing fiscal operations, and providing general student services support to military-connected students.

You will advise and counsel students, supervise program staff, organize events, and cultivate partnerships with campus colleagues and external veteran organizations.

Qualifications

• Experience in higher education student services related to advising, admissions, or student programming.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and foster inclusion.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate student assistants and volunteers.
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office).
• Familiarity with student data systems (e.g., PeopleSoft/Enrollment Manager).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programs and assist with fiscal operations for VSSRC.
