Job summary

Veterans Multi-Service Center is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the operations of services for veterans and their families. You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and manage the program budget to support high-quality client service.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with at least three years in human services and supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, Gerontology, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience will be considered.
• Minimum of three years of experience working with older adults or individuals with disabilities in a human services setting.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Experience with adult day programs or similar programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the program and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Develop and implement program goals aligned with the mission and strategic plan.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and adjust services accordingly.
• Provide guidance and professional development for staff; conduct meetings and evaluations.
• Manage program budget and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Build relationships with community partners and represent the program at events.
• Develop individual care plans and monitor participant progress.
