The KIA Veterans Technician Apprenticeship Program (VTAP) is offering a full-time position in Washington, MI, for Military Veterans interested in becoming Automotive Service Technicians. Participants will receive hands-on training while completing a one-year apprenticeship leading to Kia Service Technician certification. Ideal candidates have mechanical experience and an Honorable Discharge from U.S. Military Service. The program is GI Bill approved, providing eligible Veterans with a Monthly Housing Allowance during their training.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a mechanical or technical field is preferred.
• Willingness to complete background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities
