Job summary

A local automotive dealership in Savannah, GA, is looking for Military Veterans with mechanical experience to join their Automotive Service Technician apprenticeship program. This position allows candidates to gain hands-on experience while working towards Kia Service Technician certification. Responsibilities include diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing Kia vehicles, as well as ensuring a positive customer experience. The program is GI Bill approved, providing eligible Veterans with financial support during the apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screening willingness is required.
• Basic automotive maintenance experience is preferred.
• ASE certifications or technical training will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles.
• Perform vehicle inspections and mechanical repairs.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors.
