Responsibilities

• Train and coach veterinary technicians and staff across the market.
• Lead hands-on skills wet labs, simulator training, and CE sessions.
• Collaborate with medical directors, practice managers, and nursing leaders to identify training needs and implement curricula.
• Develop and deliver CE for partner hospitals and the local referring community.
• Support development of training programs and elevate patient care through education.
