BluePearl Pet Hospital is hiring a Veterinary Technician Trainer to support the Philadelphia Market.

Pay: $31.00 - $44.00 / hour

This pay band is dependent on experience and advancement through our competency assessment tool. Candidates with VTS credentialing are eligible for compensation commensurate with experience.

As a Senior Patient Care Training Coordinator with BluePearl, you can:

• Collaborate with a team of Training Coordinators to develop innovative training programs while coaching associates at every career stage, from new hires to current and experienced associates.
• Align with the local teams and your line manager to build a flexible schedule that supports market training needs, including the potential for limited remote work.
• Support a variety of specialties and locations across the market.
• Impact the future of the profession by supporting veterinary technician students, veterinary students, interns, and residents.
• Lead the implementation of new, company-wide training programs.
• Elevate the level of patient care through education in the hospitals within the market.
• Maintain your clinical skills and build new ones by training side‑by‑side with your teams.
• Collaborate with local medical directors, practice managers, and nursing leaders to identify training needs, build training plans, and execute training events like hands‑on skills wet labs, simulator training, and virtual or live didactic lecture‑based CE.
• Support United In Care by designing and delivering CE for partner hospitals and the local referring community.
• Partner with the Divisional Nursing Partner, Director of Medical Quality, and local medical leadership to implement BluePearl's medical quality guidelines and standards into hospital w ays of working, training curriculums, and hospital culture.
• Drive your own development through robust internal CE and opportunities unique to training coordinators.
