You will manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients, handle scheduling and payments, and educate pet owners on preventative care.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for excellent customer service and love for animals.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to stay calm in stressful situations.

• Experience with veterinary software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-line phone system and greet clients with a positive attitude.
