VEG ER for Pets is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator in Green Bay, WI, to define the customer journey with a focus on service, empathy, and rapid issue resolution. You will engage with clients in person, over the phone, and online to ensure a seamless experience before, during, and after hospital visits.

In this role, you will guide patients and their families through decisions, coordinate with the nursing team, and support financial discussions while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer service role.
• Advanced proficiency in computer programs and practice management software.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and positive interaction with others.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• High emotional intelligence; read a room.
• Able to work in noisy environments with odors.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, holidays on a rotating basis.
• Works well with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person, by phone, or online.
