Qualifications

• Ability to work on weekends as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous veterinary experience preferred.
• Client satisfaction references preferred.
• Practices OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Leads practice opening and closing procedures per Manager instructions.
• Ensures front desk and public areas are clean and presentable.
• Processes cash, checks, card payments and credit accounts.
• Schedules appointments adhering to Doctor and clinic preferences.
• Updates client/patient files and sends client correspondence.
• Sends reminder notices and re-calls clients as needed.
• Performs backups and daily business postings.
• Welcomes clients with a friendly demeanor and assists during visits.
