Job summary

Meyer Veterinary Clinic in Cadillac, MI is seeking a Client Service Representative to deliver exceptional client experiences and manage practice administration. You will handle reception, records, cash processing, and appointment tracking while supporting doctors and staff.

The role requires weekend availability, a high school diploma, and prior veterinary exposure is preferred. A positive, patient-focused approach helps ensure top-notch client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Weekend work availability as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous veterinary experience preferred.
• Client satisfaction references preferred.
• Practices OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Leads practice opening and closing procedures per Manager instructions.
• Keeps public areas clean and presentable (front desk, waiting areas, exams).
• Processes cash, checks, card payments and credit accounts.
• Schedules appointments and ensures workflow alignment with Doctors.
• Updates client/patient files and sends client correspondence.
• Sends reminders and re-calls clients as needed.
• Backups the computer system as directed.
• Posts daily business activities as required.
• Welcomes clients and patients and ensures a warm, friendly visit.
• Handles inbound calls with proper telephone etiquette.
• Presents medications and take-home items to clients.
• Manages emergencies with care, following clinic policies.
• Addresses client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
