Job summary

Qualifications

• Preferred at least 1-year experience working in veterinary practice or related animal care experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be compassionate and maintain professional demeanor during stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients and record vital signs in EMR.
• Assist doctors with routine and emergency appointments, surgery, and dentistry.
• Prepare and process lab samples and dispense medications as directed.
• Schedule appointments and update client/patient records.
• Assist in anesthesia and monitor patients during surgery and recovery.
• Maintain hospital cleanliness and assist with staff training as needed.
