Qualifications

• 2+ years of handyman, maintenance, construction, or related experience preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential maintenance and repair work orders.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, and general repair work.
• Communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and office staff.
