Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Medical Surgical/Telemetry RN for its Level 1 Float Pool. Float RNs cover Med/Surg, Telemetry, and ED Boarding, with ICU exposure possible, delivering safe, patient-centered care across units.

Requirements include an accredited nursing program, RN license, and BLS; 18 months Med Surg or Telemetry experience (2 years preferred). ACLS/NIHSS training is valued; strong communication and leadership are essential.

Formación

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers (AHA).
• Minimum 18 months of Med Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years strongly preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Floating between Med/Surg, Telemetry, and ED Boarding units, with possible ICU assignments.
• Providing safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care in fast-paced environments.
• Adapting quickly to each unit’s workflow and supporting teams with professionalism and clinical excellence.
• Demonstrating strong communication, sound decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Supporting efforts to ensure the safest patient environment and best patient experience.
