Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Medical‑Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse for the Internal Float Pool. This full‑time role requires 1–2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience and a valid RN license with BLS.

You’ll work 12‑hour night shifts with weekend and holiday rotations, floating across multiple units within the facility. You’ll join a dynamic team delivering evidence‑based care, adapting quickly to changing patient needs, and contributing to high‑quality

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Minimum 18 months Med/Surg or Telemetry RN experience; 2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Float between Med/Surg, Telemetry, and ED Boarding units, possibly ICU.
• Provide safe, patient‑centered care in fast‑paced environments.
• Adapt to unit workflows and support teams with professionalism.
• Demonstrate communication, decision‑making and leadership skills.
