Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Medical Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for the Level 1 Internal Float Pool.

You will float across Med/Surg, Telemetry, and ED Boarding units, delivering safe, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment while coordinating with multiple care teams. Ideal candidates have a nursing program completion, an active RN license, BLS certification, 18+ months of Med Surg or Telemetry experience, and are adaptable to

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• RN license issued by the state of practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers (AHA) required.
• 18+ months of Med Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years strongly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Float between Med/Surg, Telemetry, and ED Boarding units.
• Provide safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care in fast-paced environments.
• Adapt to each unit’s workflow and support teams.
• Demonstrate strong communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Support efforts to ensure the safest patient environment and best patient experience.
