Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI seeks an RN for its Internal Float Pool. The role supports Med/Surg, Telemetry, and ED Boarding with opportunities to float to ICU as needed, delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited nursing program, an active RN license in the state, and BLS certification, with 18–24 months Med/Surg or Telemetry experience and a collaborative, adaptable approach to care.

Qualificações

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• 18–24 months of Med/Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years strongly preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Float between Med/Surg, Telemetry, and ED Boarding units, with possible ICU coverage as needed.
• Provide safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care in fast-paced settings.
• Adapt to each unit’s workflow and support teams with professionalism.
• Demonstrate strong communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Support a safe patient environment and positive patient experience.
