Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years’ job related maintenance experience.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service.
• Clear English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment using proper tools in a skilled craftsman-like manner.
• Perform assignments as directed by the Director of Engineering.
• Assume duties of other mechanics when required (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, grounds maintenance, etc.).
• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment.
• Repair malfunctioning mechanical devices.
• Respond to room repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, furniture).
• Maintain pools and spas; assist with re-keying as needed.
• Respond to guest calls and assist as required.
