Job summary

Montage Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to maintain buildings and equipment across the property and support the Engineering team in achieving our goals and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and addressing room repair needs. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, two years in maintenance and customer service, and solid English communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years' job-related maintenance experience or engineering.
• Minimum of two years' experience in customer service.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment with proper tools in a skilled craftsman-like manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment.
• Respond to room repairs including carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting.
• Maintain pools and spas and support re-keying of the facility.
