Montage International in Maryland seeks an Engineering Maintenance Technician I to perform journey-level carpentry and related trades, supporting hotel operations and guest comfort. You will troubleshoot equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and assist with electrical, plumbing, painting, and other tasks as needed.

This role emphasizes teamwork with the Engineering Supervisor and aims to develop expertise in a specialty area, with opportunities for promotion to Maintenance Technician II.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of one year related maintenance experience
• Minimum of two years' customer service experience
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot equipment using proper tools
• Perform maintenance tasks as directed by Engineering Supervisor and Director of Engineering
• Assist with carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and other tasks as needed
• Respond to guest room repair requests
• Train to become proficient in a specific area to progress to Maintenance Technician II
