Job summary

Gemstone Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Loveland, OH to perform general grounds and lawn upkeep, plus basic repairs to homes owned by the community. This full-time role is 40 hours weekly with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

You will handle work orders, identify deficiencies, and coordinate with the Community Manager. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, drive maintenance trucks, and work across locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of landscaping and grounds keeping experience, including basic home maintenance.
• Ability to drive a plow truck and operate maintenance equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to keep homes and community areas in good condition.
• Handle work orders and report status to the Community Manager promptly.
• Identify deficiencies and take action with the Community Manager.
• Maintain grounds and perform lawn care as needed.
• Assist with light construction or refurbishments as required.
• Be on-call as needed and maintain safety compliance.
