Job summary

Legacy Communities seeks a dedicated Full Time Maintenance professional to maintain the appearance and upkeep of our manufactured home community in Fort Collins, CO. The role includes landscaping, repairs, and responding to water/sewer issues to ensure smooth operations.

The position emphasizes safety, timely project completion, and strong communication with residents and team members; a valid driver's license is required and a background check will be conducted.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures and maintenance.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
• Effective performance management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping around Clubhouse including watering of all grass and bushes.
• Conduct monthly water meter reads and typical maintenance tasks.
• Deliver notices and communications to residents.
• Maintain landscaping of common areas including mowing and trimming.
• Daily trash pickup throughout the community.
• Winter maintenance: shovel ice and insulate meter pits.
• Respond to after-hours water/sewer emergencies and troubleshoot issues.
• Repair broken water meters and perform preventative maintenance.
• Follow up on all maintenance and repair work and conduct safety inspections.
