RHP Properties in Sharonville, Ohio, is hiring a Maintenance Technician for the Yorktowne community. The role covers general grounds and home maintenance, basic repairs, and on-site duties for a full-time schedule in a residential community.

The candidate will perform lawn care, manage waste, assist with outages and repairs, and collaborate with the Community Manager. A valid driver’s license, at least two years of maintenance experience, and knowledge of plumbing/electrical/HVAC are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid operator’s license with good driving record.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to ensure homes and community areas are in proper condition.
• Execute assigned work orders and report status to the Community Manager.
• Promote goodwill by handling contacts with residents with courtesy and attentiveness.
• Identify deficiencies and take action with Community Manager approval.
• Maintain community grounds and perform lawn care and trash disposal.
• Perform snow removal and seasonal maintenance as needed.
• Remain on call and participate in refurbishment of community-owned homes.
• Perform repairs and maintain water and sewer lines.
