Qualifications

• Knowledge of lawn care techniques and experience operating hand tools and power equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to respond after hours for storms or snow removal.
• Must lift at least 25 lbs and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Mow lawns, trim edges, weed control, and general landscaping.
• Pick up trash and debris daily; empty containers as needed.
• Perform seasonal tasks like leaf removal, mulching, planting.
• Safely operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and related equipment.
• Monitor and maintain community equipment.
• Assist with storm cleanup and fallen branches as needed.
• Adhere to safety procedures and community policies.
• Complete other duties and special projects as assigned.
