Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year bedside experience in Med Surg; 2 years for other specialties.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and IV therapy.
• Strong physical stamina including lifting and standing.

Responsibilities

• Float across hospital departments including Behavioral Health, Emergency Department, ICU, and Medical-Surgical.
• Deliver bedside patient care and ensure licensure/certification compliance.
• Meet physical demands such as lifting and prolonged standing.
• Schedule shifts flexibly (day/night) with no weekend or holiday requirements.
• Participate in a program offering variable hours based on availability.
