Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks an Regional Float Pool LPN to provide individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients across multiple facilities in the region.

The LPN will float between hospitals and units such as Med/Surg, ICU, Emergency, and Oncology, performing assessments, planning, implementing, and evaluating care to standards. BLS required; ACLS/PALS and IV certification highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN licensure.
• Recent bedside experience: 1 year for Med/Surg; 2 years for specialty units.

Responsibilities

• Float between hospitals across diverse units (Med/Surg, ICU, Emergency, Oncology, and more).
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on nursing standards.
• Provide individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients.
