The role involves floating between hospital departments such as Behavioral Health, ED, ICU, and Med-Surg, delivering bedside care, and meeting licensure requirements. Shifts are flexibile with variable hours and no weekend/holiday obligations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year bedside experience in Med Surg; 2 years for other specialties.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and IV therapy.
• Strong physical stamina including lifting and standing.

Responsibilities

• Float across hospital departments including Behavioral Health, Emergency Department, ICU, and Medical-Surgical.
• Deliver bedside patient care and ensure licensure/certification compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:
