LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Regional Float Pool LPN to provide individualized nursing care for adults and geriatric patients across multiple facilities in the region. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in Med/Surg, ICU, ED and other units, float between facilities, and collaborate with diverse teams while building clinical assessment and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program with current LPN licensure.
• One year of bedside LPN experience for Med/Surg; two years for other specialties.
• BLS; ACLS, PALS, IV as required by unit.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in various units.
• Float between designated facilities in the region.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to build clinical assessment and communication skills.
