Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for flexible PRN/per diem assignments across multiple facilities in the St. Louis area.

You will provide patient care following the nursing process under supervision or with RN guidance while upholding patient rights and confidentiality. Shifts are available day or night with no weekend or holiday requirements, and you will float across Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, and Medical-Surgical departments.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• One year bedside experience in Med/Surg; two years for specialized areas.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and IV certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or with RN guidance.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
• Float across Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, and Medical-Surgical departments.
