Adams & Martin Group in Denver, CO is seeking a Floating Legal Assistant to support multiple attorneys, paralegals, and practice teams across the firm. The role covers coverage during absences, overflow work, and ensuring seamless operations in a busy litigation environment.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of legal administrative experience in a law firm, civil litigation exposure, and excels in proofreading, organization, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-3 years of Legal Administrative Assistant experience in a law firm setting.
• Civil litigation experience.
• Strong proofreading, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys and paralegals across multiple practice groups
• Offer desk coverage during vacations, leaves, and other absences
• Assist with overflow work and support special projects as needed
• Collaborate with other members of the floater team to ensure continuous coverage
• Draft, edit, proofread, format, and finalize legal and business documents
• Monitor attorney calendars and assist with scheduling meetings and deadlines
