Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on construction experience.
• Multi-trade capability across carpentry, drywall, flooring and finish work.
• Valid license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Execute general construction tasks across multiple trades (framing, drywall, painting, flooring, finish carpentry).
• Read blueprints and construction plans accurately.
• Prepare sites, layout, and material handling.
• Install/repair structural elements meeting code and safety standards.
• Diagnose and resolve on-site construction issues.
