Paramount Contracting Inc. is hiring a Construction Laborer to perform multi-trade field operations on storage facility projects in Phoenix and surrounding areas.

The role covers structural framing, drywall, finish carpentry, and integration of low-voltage security systems, with field autonomy to drive site updates. You'll read blueprints, install and troubleshoot cameras and access control, manage safe material handling, coordinate with project managers, and help ensure compliance with building

Qualifications

• 3+ years of verified hands-on experience in commercial construction workflows.
• Broad trade proficiency across structural framing, finish carpentry, drywall, and commercial hardware.
• Ability to read, evaluate, and extract exact measurements from engineering plans and diagrams.
• Active and valid driver's license with reliable transportation to daily jobsites.
• Capable of working independently or leading field crews with discipline.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Highly disciplined work ethic with the verified capability to operate independently or guide collaborative field crews.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience routing low-voltage wiring or terminating data connections within large commercial facilities.
• Previous technical maintenance or construction installation experience specifically focused on self-storage facilities.
• Completed safety certifications including an active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 field credential.
