Construction Laborer – Direct Multi-Trade Field Operations and Low-Voltage Facility Security Builds

• Location: Phoenix, AZ and surrounding areas.
• Job/Employment Type: Full-Time.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (Occasional overtime or weekend work based on project needs).

The Opportunity

You will execute multi-trade structural tasks while integrating specialized access control and surveillance infrastructures across premium storage facilities. This position grants you the field autonomy to drive complex site updates from structural rough-in to technical systems configuration. Responsibilities

• Execute physical building assemblies including specialized structural framing, drywall, painting, and finish carpentry.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot advanced security camera networks and commercial access control technologies.
• Interpret intricate architectural blueprints, technical structural drawings, and low-voltage wiring schematics.
• Conduct real-time field troubleshooting and connectivity diagnostics to resolve complex system malfunctions on-site.
• Oversee job site preparation, precise spatial layout coordination, and heavy material handling processes.
• Verify all physical repairs and hardware integrations comply strictly with regional building and safety codes.
• Coordinate daily with corporate project managers and external trades to guarantee continuous project workflow.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of verified hands-on experience executing multi-trade workflows within commercial construction zones.
• Broad trade proficiency across structural framing, finish carpentry, drywall installation, and commercial hardware.
• Solid technical capability to read, evaluate, and extract exact measurements from engineering plans and diagrams.
• Active and valid driver's license paired with a reliable method of personal transportation to daily jobsites.
• Highly disciplined work ethic with the verified capability to operate independently or guide collaborative field crews.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience routing low-voltage wiring or terminating data connections within large commercial facilities.
• Previous technical maintenance or construction installation experience specifically focused on self-storage facilities.
• Completed safety certifications including an active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 field credential.
