Job summary

Mercy South Float Pool is seeking aRegistered Nurse to provide versatile care across Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, and more. You’ll work full time with a $20,000 sign-on bonus and tiered shift differentials to reflect unit complexity.

Eligible candidates have 1–2 years bedside RN experience, a BSN preferred, and current RN license with BLS. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits starting day one and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bedside RN experience
• BSN preferred (not mandatory)
• Current RN license in state of practice and BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Float across multiple units within Mercy South Float Pool.
• Provide patient care and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality and adhere to Mercy Service Standards.
