Job summary

Mercy South Float Pool RN opportunities offer variety across Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, and more. You’ll provide direct patient care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and handle shifting assignments while upholding Mercy’s mission and standards.

Eligible candidates bring 1–2 years of bedside RN experience, a BSN preferred, and an active RN license in the state. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is available with flexible payout options and up to 24 months commitment.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years of bedside RN experience.
• Education: Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred).
• License: Current RN license in the state.
• Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association.
• Physical requirements: lift 50 pounds, stand/walk during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across multiple units within Mercy South Float Pool.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights.
• Maintain professional accountability and adhere to Mercy Service Standards.
