Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Mercy South Float Pool. You will provide bedside care across orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU and more, bringing versatility and compassionate patient care.

Expect a dynamic schedule with opportunities for growth and learning. Eligible for a $20,000 sign-on bonus, flexible payout options, and tiered hourly differentials by unit, with additional shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years bedside RN experience
• BSN preferred
• Current RN license in the state
• BLS certification from American Heart Association
