Job summary

Mercy South Float Pool is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse to provide patient care across multiple units, bringing versatility and a commitment to excellence. You will work within the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model, coordinating with different departments to ensure high-quality care.

This full-time role includes a $20,000 sign-on bonus, tiered shift differentials, and opportunities for growth across Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, ED, and more.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bedside RN experience
• Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred)
• Current RN license in the state
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Float across Mercy South Float Pool units (Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, ED, Behavioral Health, Oncology, Neurology, and more)
• Provide direct patient care and coordinate care with other departments
• Maintain patients' rights and confidentiality
• Deliver care aligned with Mercy mission and nursing standards
